No Returns & No Refunds Policy

Because all of our products are custom-made and personalized, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Why?

Each item is created specifically for you. Once production begins, the item cannot be resold.

Exceptions ā€“ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will gladly replace your item if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or
  • You receive the wrong item due to our error.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will review and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Color & Design Disclaimer - Due to screen settings and natural material variations, colors and engraving shades may vary slightly. This is not considered a defect.
