Thank you for shopping G's Laser Creations! We take pride in creating custom, laser-crafted items and getting them to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time - All of our orders are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production before your order ships. Custom or bulk orders may require additional time.
Shipping Time - Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3ā7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2ā3 business days (if available at checkout)
Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather.
Shipping Rates - Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any promotions for free shipping will be clearly stated at checkout.
Tracking Information - Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect Address - Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Gās Laser Creations is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages - If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
International Shipping - We currently do not ship internationally.
